The scope of sea freight export business:
Based on the client's instructions, the sea freight export business handles all related matters before and after the shipment of goods; reviews the various lists and documents provided by the client; prepares various documents; reserves shipping space, customs clearance; handles origin certificates, insurance policies, and inspection certificates; rents and loads containers; handles domestic transportation, port entry, and loading onto the vessel; issues bills of lading, settles freight and miscellaneous expenses, and sends domestic and foreign documents by express mail; handles import customs clearance, tax payment, unloading/transshipment, and delivery abroad; and handles agency business abroad.

Maritime export operation process
1. Take orders
After accepting the client's power of attorney, review the content of the power of attorney and confirm the entrusted matters.
2. Book the shipping space
Make a letter of authorization to book the shipping company, and obtain the shipping company's shipping space allocation receipt.
3. Make a box
The team obtains the equipment delivery order and goes to the yard to pick up the container for loading at the customer's factory. Or the customer directly delivers the goods to the designated storage yard or warehouse.
4. Customs declaration
Prepare a complete customs declaration form and start the export customs declaration, customs review after the release.
5. Confirmation of bill of lading
Make the bill of lading according to the order and confirm the bill of lading with the customer to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the bill of lading.
6. Payment
Confirm billing with customer and collect related fees.
7. Sign the bill
Issue bill of lading and mail to customer as required.
8. Return the customs declaration form
One month after the export declaration, the tax refund will be returned to the customer.
9. Change bill of lading at the port of destination
After the goods arrive at the port of destination, the shipping company informs the consignee in exchange for the bill of lading.
10. Customs declaration and delivery
Import declaration shall begin after the complete declaration form is prepared, and the goods shall be picked up after customs review and release.
Maritime export operation precautions
(1) The Chinese product name displayed on the customs declaration shall be examined according to the customs commodity code whether the two are consistent, and the required customs declaration documents shall be handled and provided according to the regulatory conditions.
2. All customs declaration documents must ensure that the information is consistent only.
3, the customs may inspect the declared goods to determine whether the condition of the goods is consistent with the information declared on the customs declaration.
4, shipping season, the ship is easy to overload, should go through the declaration procedures in advance to prevent the ship company to dump the load.
5, the issuance of the original bill of lading must ensure that each original bill of lading is signed.
